We collect minimal personal data. The only personal information we may receive is what you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

• Your email address
• Your message

Our contact form uses a mailto: link, which opens your own email client. Your message is sent directly from your email account to ours. We do not store form submissions on our servers.

3. How we use your data

We use the personal data you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about our coaching and facilitation services.

4. Lawful basis for processing

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), we process your personal data on the following bases:

The public-facing website (isabelpollen.com) does not use any tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

Our non-public development subdomains use strictly necessary authentication cookies (__session and __refresh) to manage authenticated access. These are:

• HttpOnly and Secure
• Limited to the .isabelpollen.com domain
• Session cookie: expires after 24 hours
• Refresh cookie: expires after 30 days

As these are strictly necessary cookies used only on non-public subdomains, no cookie consent banner is required under ICO guidance.
